Let me start by saying this vendor is brilliant when they get it right and great value for money with very reasonable bud….BUT this vendor also has issues that need addressing. out of the 8 orders I’ve placed multiple orders have had problems… 1 order just didn’t arrive and it was a lot of messaging to get a reship which eventually came through so credit where credit is due for that one.. The comms with this vendor are bad. Really bad. I’m still waiting to be compensated for 2 missing 3.5s from 2 different orders and also this vendor will sub without saying anything or giving you any options imo they should edit the listing of the Bud if it isn’t available and make people aware of what they will be instead getting. Some good things I will say though are when I’ve paid for NDD it’s come next day every time even free delivery has dropped next day more time and the Bud has always been fire. I just need compensating for my missing items I can’t just lose money and be ok with it.
